You Blink and its Gone

I don't know how it happened.  It seems as if time is running so

 quickly these days. Minutes blast by like nano seconds and the

 days seem like mere minutes on that are ticking by on this clock o' life.  

Sometimes I love the fact that the time goes by so quickly, we are that 

much closer to spring-then summer.  The warmth, the heat, THE SUN! 

But there are some things that I feel like I just don't get to cherish enough as the 

time so quickly ticks by. My hubby's day off, the girls growing up, and just life in general.  

I can't believe that six years has passed and that we are nearing an 

end of an era in our household. Just one week ago today we were 

preparing Valentines for The Chicken to take to school. 

 We were getting goodie bags together and thinking

 of what kind of treat I was going to bring to the class party.  

The last official class party for a holiday. 

 I just don't know how I will feel sending my baby off to the Middle School 

next year.  But for now I will just try to cherish these moments a little longer. 

 And next time I complain about a school function for The Chicken this year, 

remind me that there won't be another like it again.
