Fun on a Sunday with a Giveaway

Congrats to Moosh in Indy whose comment #17 was picked by Random.Org Why oh why doesn't blogger number their comments, it would have been so much easier on me. You know because counting to 17 is so hard! I'm a photographer not a math guy....LOL.

Just in time for the Holi-daze is a giveaway for a 16x20 rolled canvas print sponsored by Large Format Posters.com. This would be the perfect photo gift idea for the family or a loved one. The hardest part about the contest? Picking which photo to use!

HOW TO ENTER: Head over to comments section and share with me your favorite photo gift idea for the upcoming holiday season-if you have a photo in mind that you are planning on using please link to it because who doesn't love to look at photos? Want an extra entry? Tweet about the contest and comment with the link.

ELIGIBILITY: Sorry this one is only open to US Residents. (Hopefully Canada will be included soon!)

The Winner will be announced on Monday, November 30th! GOOD LUCK!

**********

Yesterday I had the pleasure of photographing one of my best friends and her family in hopes of getting a great family photo for her home as well as gifts for the grandparents.

I am pretty sure that we nailed it.

But then again, I am pretty partial to this one as well

But I am sure that no matter what photo they chose to get printed out.

When they open it the grandparents will Jump for Joy

Notice all the little details

And simply enjoy the timeless moment in their grandchildren's lives.

OK, I am so addicted to these canvases, it isn't even funny! They are my newest obsession.

So, of course, I plan to order oodles of them. Um, as the money magically appears in my account:)

I also do a calendar for the grandparents each year, so that will be the SECOND item in my cart.

You MUST print the 2nd family portrait. I demand it.

I would definitely do the stretch canvas. We took our own 5 yr portraits of the boys and we've yet to print them. BTW, they are 9 and 7.

That second one is perfect. :) I always like those the most.

Love the family photos - so cute!

The stretched canvas would be great to get our parents for the holidays with wedding photos on them.

I would like the vinyl graphics for the wall ( http://www.uprinting.com/print/Wall-Graphics.html ) because I'm "into" that right now. I'm awesome.

As for a photo I have in mind if we win? Hrm.... I think I want a 16x20 of the husband and I in our room as we have NOTHING on our own walls. NOTHING. I fail. Anyway, maybe this one from vacation. here (I would have embedded instead of just linked but blogger doesn't allow the img tag in comments.)

But I don't know for certain yet. That would solve my anniversary issue though... hmm.

That would make a GREAT Gift for my Husband, and son. It would be the the first photo taken of us as a family, when our son came to us at 4 weeks old, he was the best gift anyone gave to us, and we are remind of that each christmas.

I can't figure out how to add the photo or I would :(

I am desperately trying to catch up on Scrapbooking. The term "catch up" might be a stretch as I haven't scrapped anything since Doug and I got married. It would be more of a rebirth I guess.

I'm thinking digital scrapping is the way to go and that is what I'm trying to get done for holiday gifts this year for Grandma, sister and aunt - mini-brag albums like the ones ShappyShoppe has. Wish me luck.

DUDE! YOU NEED TO PRINT THE SECOND ONE!

Oh what the heck, I never win, but I'll help add to the pot.

We do photo calendars of my son every year for his grandmothers, my sister, and his Auntie ML. This is my daughter's first year in the calendar -- it was a blast to do :).

For the love I need this photo printed on canvas. http://www.flickr.com/photos/mooshinindy/3663045868/in/set-72157620574802404/
As a gift to me. Because I love me.
Me. Me. Me.

And my house, you know. And for everyone who comes over. Blah blah.

For Christmas, I want to do a photo wall of our kids, put it up overnight while Hubby is in bed.
I'm also considering a photo sized print of this for my bathroom - so this would be very handy.

Thanks for the chance to win.

I've never had anything on canvas. But my favorite photo gift is photo calendars. An easy visual way to remember when everyones birthdays, anniversaries, etc are.

I love these! My favorite photo gift idea is a bracelet of laminate photo tiles. I gave some of those two years ago with grandchildren on them--they were a hit!
